As part of our total installation services, KPS Global® works with our partners to offer professional Turnkey Services to assist our customers that need more than a standard installation.
In the Turnkey Services scope, everything from ordering materials to hiring subcontractors is organized for you. A project team provides onsite presence for the duration of the project which cuts down on communication issues and protects you from common install mistakes. Our team is what differentiates us in the field.

Overview of Turnkey Process
Turnkey Services are for any size new or remodel project. KPS Global and its partners handle all aspects of organizing, scheduling and logistics. Customers work with one contact at KPSG saving time, money and headaches. KPS Global organizes the relationship with our partners to manage that communication.
From start to finish, a project team ensures the project states on time, on budget and to specifications.

After the entire scope of the job has been identified and documented on the bid, a formal quote is then submitted for review and approval. The customer will receive a formal bid documenting the pricing and details of the scope of the project.
Once the job is approved, Our KPSG service operation team will contact the store to set up an initial pre-construction meeting. During the pre-construction phase our team will walk through the job from start to finish to ensure complete alignment and understanding on the scope of the job. The pre-construction meeting allows our customers and our partners to share any other questions and possible concerns before planning out the project. We can work around any schedule and want to ensure our customers needs are met. For example, if there are concerns on customer impact, we can extend the timeline to work on the project during overnight hours.
After the pre-construction meeting and the scope of the project is clarified and agreed on, the logistics are then planned. The planning phase document every detail of the project from start to finish, including making a contingency plan for any potential roadblocks. The plan ensures that our KPSG team and our partners understand exactly how to meet our customer’s project needs.
Once the project has been planned and documented, our team creates a comprehensive schedule that details the timeline for the entire project. The schedule details all the phases of the project, including any partner services and is then distributed to the customers and the contractors so there is complete transparency on the timeline.
When it is time to execute the project a KPSG employee will be onsite from day 1 to finish. On day 1, the KPSG employee will take delivery of materials, meet with management to review the entire job and review the schedule to make sure nothing is missing. Throughout each day of the project, progress will be documented through pictures and notes. Our customers and our partners are kept up to date on the status of the project as notes are documented on an app that emails our corporate office and customers. Once the project has been completed, our team will do a final quality check walk through and sign off on the project.
KPS Global can serve as a turnkey general contractor for replacement of non-functioning walk-in coolers or freezers or for stores doing a complete remodel. Serving as a general contractor, we organize everything from ordering materials to hiring subcontractors. A KPSG employee and/or superintendent is onsite during the entire job.
