All brand new walk-in coolers and freezers come complete with metal jamb guards to help add an additional layer of protection to the door opening. However, daily wear and tear will eventually cause your jamb guards to become worn, dented and less effective.
KPS Global has replacement jamb guard options to fit any size or style of opening you have on your walk-in. Simply let us know what type of jamb guard your walk-in currently uses, and we will quickly send you a high-quality replacement. The metal on all of our jamb guards is constructed of 18-gauge galvanized steel that provides a finished look for both the legs and the header of your door opening.

CENTERED THERMAL BREAK JAMB GUARD (STYLE A)
Our Centered Thermal Break Jamb Guards are sold as a full kit that comes complete with wood, metal and thermal break pieces for your jamb guard. Once installed, these jamb guards have a nice, clean look with no visible screws and a centered thermal break.
OFFSET THERMAL BREAK JAMB GUARD (STYLE B)
Our Offset Thermal Break Jamb Guards are also comprised of metal and thermal break pieces but do not have the additional wood component to the jamb guard. These jamb guards are easy to install and feature an offset thermal break that is positioned closest to the exterior side of the door.
ONE-PIECE JAMB GUARD
One-Piece Jamb Guards are typically used for double-action or sliding doors. These simple jamb guards come in one solid metal piece and are custom sized to fit the legs and header of your door opening perfectly.
ADJUSTABLE JAMB GUARD
Adjustable Jamb Guards are typically used for replacement door installations. These versatile, two-piece jamb guards easily adjust for a perfect fit.
