The ACE unit is a great option for improving labor efficiencies and reducing pick times for eCommerce or Online Grocery Pick-up (OGP) programs where additional storage of prepared, bulk or fast-moving refrigerated products is needed.
There are many applications for this new cold storage technology from ecommerce grocery fulfillment to pharmaceutical to 3PL.

The ACE unit improves labor efficiencies for loading and restocking perishable product with its unique vertical lift system that allows full pallets to be easily moved into the chilled environment, significantly decreasing load times.
ACE also provides the benefit of faster pick times for high-volume items. The employee no longer needs to go to a walk-in to pull refrigerated items for an order. And with no doors, there are no common surfaces to touch or barriers to pulling product, making the entire process safer and more efficient.
TRIPLE AIR CURTAIN
The ACE unit refrigerates products with a patent-pending triple air curtain that maintains two separate temperature zones between the unit’s large interior shelf and pallet area.
1st Air Curtain
Traps outside air trying to enter the ACE unit into its air stream, pushing it down to the floor beneath the product zone.
The majority of the air is then reconditioned and recirculated into the 2nd and 3rd air curtains.
2nd Air Curtain
Is refrigerated and bathes the front of the product on both the shelf and pallet areas.
3rd Air Curtain
Is also refrigerated and bathes the top and rear of the product on both the shelf and pallet areas.
