Mike Eakins

Recently overseeing the successful sale and transition from D Cubed Group to the Viessmann Generations Group, Mike serves as the Chief Executive Officer at KPS Global since joining in 2017.

Mike joined KPS in October 2017 from Hillphoenix, where he served as the Vice President and General Manager of the AMS and INTL divisions. Prior to his role at Hillphoenix, Mike was the Vice President of the INTL division for Kysor. Earlier in his tenure at Kysor, Mike also served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Kysor Panel Systems Goodyear plant in Arizona.

Mike has a Master’s in International Marketing from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University. Mike resides in Utah with his wife and enjoys spending time with his four children and three grandchildren.

Robert Sorba

President

Before being named President of KPS Global in October 2024, Rob served as the company’s Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for sales, marketing and business development activities.

Prior to joining KPS Global, Rob was the Vice President of Global Sales at the Conviron Group of Companies in Winnipeg, Canada.  He also spent five years with James Hardie Building Products in Chicago, Illinois, across key leadership roles for strategy, product management, key-account management and sales execution.  He began his career with The Procter & Gamble Company, progressing through various international brand management and sales roles based out of the US, Canada, Switzerland, Denmark and Russia.

Rob graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1998 with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting.

Joe Harvey

CFO

Joe Harvey joined KPS Global as Chief Financial Officer in November 2021.

Before joining KPSG, Joe served as the CFO at Balfour & Co., a national manufacturer of school graduation-related products. In this role, he was responsible for finance, accounting and professional services operations.

Joe has worked with numerous management consultancies and has led several companies in the CFO, CSO, and COO roles. His experiences partnering with senior executives and investor-owned, multi-site manufacturing companies gives him a broad perspective on leadership and a wide appreciation for employees’ contributions.

Joe graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and the University of Texas McCombs School of Business with a Masters in Business Administration. He holds both the Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst designations.

Joe began his career as a military officer in the Air Force.

Joe lives in Dallas and enjoys spending his free time with his wife and three daughters.

Tom Marcy

COO

Tom Marcy, Chief Operating Officer at KPS Global holds an Industrial Engineering Degree from Buffalo and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Tom spent 23 years with General Electric in a variety of engineering and manufacturing roles across many of their businesses. Upon returning from a 3 year expatriate assignment in Europe within General Electric, Tom and his family moved to Richmond, Virginia where he was Senior VP of Hillphoenix. Tom spent 13 years at Hillphoenix, and during this time, among other responsibilities Tom was the General Manager for the Walk-In business which lead Tom into the role of Integration Manager for KPS Global bringing together KPS from Manitowoc and the Walk-In Division from Hillphoenix. Tom served as a Master Black Belt for several years within General Electric and is well versed in LEAN Toyota Production Principles.

Tom and his wife have five children, is also a licensed pilot, loves snow skiing and woodworking.

Jason Edevold, CCO

Prior to being named Chief Commercial Officer in October 2024, Jason served as the Vice President of Sales at KPS Global. 

Before joining KPS Global, he served as the Vice President of Sales at Post Consumer Brands (PCB).  Also while at PCB, Jason held the position of Vice President of Sales for Emerging Channels and Regional accounts. Prior to his time at Post, Jason held various leadership positions at Malt-O-Meal Brands and Snyder’s of Hanover. His career in grocery started as a bagger at HEB.

He and his wife have been married for 23 years and reside in Texas with their children. He spends most of his free time traveling with his kid’s competitive baseball and softball teams. When not traveling for sports, Jason enjoys spending time at the beach with his family.

Scott joined KPS Global in October 2016 as Vice President of Human Resources. Previously, he served as Vice President of Operations and Human Resources for GEA Food Solutions also managing North, Central and South America.

Prior roles include leading Human Resources and Operations management activities at Convenience Food Systems, PDS Technical Services, DalFort Aerospace and Steak & Ale restaurants.

Scott graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. He lives in downtown Dallas and enjoys travel, sports and cooking.

Mike Robison joined KPS Global as the Vice President Business Systems & Construction Services in June 2019.

Prior to joining KPS, Mike worked for companies in a variety of industries including oil & gas, commercial construction, mining, and manufacturing where he held key positions such as Senior Consultant Innovation Program Design at Pioneer Natural Resources, Principal Consultant Lean Six Sigma at Agrium (Canada), and Project Management leadership roles at Bosque Systems, Nucor Steel and Key Construction, Inc.
 
Mike also has experience in the U.S. Military. First, in the U.S. Navy as a member of the P3-Orion Anti-Submarine Warfare Squadron, based in San Jose, California, where he was twice deployed to the Pacific and Indian Oceans from Misawa Japan to Mogadishu Africa. And second, in the U.S. Army where he entered the Army OCS in 1990, was then commissioned as an Armor Officer and later moved to the Combat Engineers team. Mike was deployed to Iraq in March 2003 and spent a year running engineer operations from Camp MEK (Fallujah). Mike retired from the Army in 2005 with various honors and awards including a Bronze Star and Combat Action Badge.
Mike has BA from American Military University a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Certified Project Management Professional PMP, CSM Certified Agile Scrum Master, ITIL Certified, and has held Top Secret Clearances with the Department of Defense Inspector General. He and his wife, Pat, have two grown children and live in Fort Worth, Texas.

Laura Helm

Vice President of Finance

Laura Helm, Vice President of Finance of KPS Global, joined Kysor Panel Systems in May 2012, as Controller, and later elevated to Director of Finance. Laura had previously worked for Kysor Panel Systems from 2004 to 2006 as Manager of International Accounting.

Prior to joining KPS, Laura dedicated a total of ten years as Director of Finance with ThyssenKrupp Airport Systems (a global manufacturer of passenger boarding bridges for the airport industry).

Starting her career in Spain, Laura accumulated four years as a Controller for an Engineering firm, six years as Manager of Corporate Accounting for a Bank, and initially, three years as an auditor for Arthur Andersen.

Laura earned a BBA with a major in Accounting, and an MBA with a major in Auditing by the University of Madrid, Spain. She holds a CPA license in the State of Texas, and has completed a contract management certificate program at the University of California.

Laura was born in Spain but moved to Texas in 1999. She is married and lives in Fort Worth with her husband, Tim.

Vice President of Operations

Tom Herberg joined KPS Global in April 2022 as the Vice President of Operations.

Before joining KPS Global, he served as the Director of Operations at Ball Corp where he directed the implementation of a multi-million capital plan, improving operational reliability and capability. Prior to that, Tom served as the Senior Director of Operations for Vestas Towers, a multi-facility wind turbine manufacturer.

He is a graduate of Colorado State University, where he received a Master of Business Administration and the University of Phoenix, where he received a Bachelor of Arts. In addition, Tom spent four years in the Marine Corps and served as a police officer in Colorado for one year.

Tom and his wife Jennifer have two grown sons and in his spare time, he enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and just about anything to do with the great outdoors — hunting, boating, traveling, and football. Tom will be based in the Goodyear, AZ facility.

Ashleigh Martin

Director Of Marketing

Ashleigh Martin, Director of Marketing, joined KPS Global in December 2016. Prior to joining the company, Ashleigh focused on customer analytics and lifecycle communications marketing helping customers from the agency side of things.

She is a graduate of Texas Christian University, where she received a Master of Business Administration and The University of North Texas, where she graduated with a Strategic Marketing Degree in Business Administration.

Ashleigh and her husband enjoy spending time with family, walking their dogs, gardening, and being outside! They are also avid college football fans and enjoy supporting local sports teams.

Jeff Monroe

Director Of Supply Chain

Jeff Monroe is Director of Supply Chain at KPS Global. Prior to joining KPS Global, he was with Southern Botanical developing a supply chain program and team. While at Southern Botanical he was awarded the ISM/ThomasNet 30 Under 30 Rising Supply Chain Stars award. He then joined Bell Helicopter’s Strategic Sourcing team negotiating multi-million-dollar complex agreements for vertical lift parts and systems. During his tenure at Bell he negotiated well over $100 million in machined parts, castings, and flight and weapons systems.

Jeff is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a Master of Science degree in Supply Chain Management. He is married and has three daughters. His passions are working outdoors, spending time with his family, and raising his daughters.

Lun Tsuei

Director of Research & Development

Lun Tsuei joined KPS Global in April 2022 as the Director of Research & Development.

Prior to joining KPSG, Lun spent 12 years in the Oil & Gas industry. He held multiple leadership positions in engineering, new product development, operations P&L management, lean Manufacturing, and Quality. Lun started his career as a mechanical engineer with Applied Materials, where he established his engineering and product development disciplines designing cutting edge semiconductor and solar panel equipment.

Lun was born and raised in Taiwan. He graduated with a PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. Lun also received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.

Lun and wife have been married for 20+ years with two children. Besides enjoying time with his family, in his spare time Lun volunteers in CIE/USA-DFW chapter, a non-profit professional organization promoting STEM and providing a networking platform for technical professionals in the DFW area.

Jason Bratcher

Senior Manager Project Management

Jason Bratcher is the Senior Manager of Project Management at KPS Global.

Jason got his start in the refrigeration business refurbishing refrigerated cases and walk-ins prior to joining the United States Army where he served four years of active duty. He then served in the Army National Guard for 8 years and after his service, went back to the refrigeration business performing walk-in and case installations.

In 2002, Jason joined Kysor Panel Systems, where he served as a service technician for 4 years, Service Manager for 10 years and Manager of Construction Services for 2 years.  Most recently, he was promoted to Senior Manager of Project Management at KPS Global.

Jason has two kids, one serving in the military and one in college.
