Acquisition marks continued focus on offering broadest product portfolio
Fort Worth, TX – August 17, 2026 – KPS Global announces the acquisition of Direct Refrigeration Sales (DRS), a Cumming, GA based manufacturer of aftermarket door gaskets, strip curtains and door parts. This acquisition broadens the company’s product offerings and reinforces our focus on putting customers first.

With the addition of DRS, KPS Global now operates 13 manufacturing facilities in ten states. KPS Global recently announced a strategic partnership with Everidge, a Minnesota based panel manufacturer. Viessmann Generations Group invested in KPS Global in 2024 as an important strategic expansion step for the Group’s Clean & Cold platform into the North American market. The strategic acquisition of DRS marks the fourth inorganic growth milestone under VGG ownership.
