KPS Global® (KPSG), the industry leading provider of insulated panel systems, is pleased to announce it has named Mike Eakins as Chief Executive Officer.
KPSG Vice Chair Jeff Clark who has been serving as CEO will continue to be heavily involved with the Company. “Several months ago, we were proud to name Jeff as the company’s CEO. He stepped into the role enthusiastically, agreeing to serve as CEO until the Board of Directors identified a CEO with all of the critical characteristics important to leading the organization for the next many years,” said KPSG Chairman Glenn Kaufman.
“Today, we are incredibly fortunate to announce we have found that someone,” explained Kaufman, “and effective today, Mike Eakins stepsinto the role of CEO of KPSG.” Mike is certainly no stranger to the organization. Earlier in his career, he ran the Goodyear plant of Kysor Panel System. Since then, Mike has gone on to being a partner and customer serving as the Vice President of International with Hill Phoenix and the Vice President and General Manager of AMS, a division of Hill Phoenix.

Mike and his wife, Julie, and their four children previously lived in Fort Worth for more than 11 years until relocating to Utah five years ago. He and his family will be returning to Texas as Mike will serve as KPSG CEO from the Company’s Fort Worth headquarters.
