In the latest edition of the KPS Global Legends Series, we honor Jim Costanza, a trailblazer who’s remarkable 18-year career at KPS Global left a legacy of innovation, leadership and mentorship. Officially retiring in December 2024 as a Technical Fellow, Jim’s contributions continue to shape our company’s journey and inspire us all.
A Journey of Growth and Innovation
Jim joined KPS Global as the Manager of Construction Services, where he led installation, service and parts teams managing over 40 members. His leadership during a period of rapid company growth was instrumental in upgrading systems, improving efficiencies and enhancing the customer experience. One of his standout achievements was the creation of “KPS Global University,” a comprehensive training program for contractors. This initiative ensured that products were installed correctly the first time, elevating field quality and customer satisfaction.
Driving Sustainability Through Innovation
Jim’s career is marked by a commitment to sustainable innovation. He played a pivotal role in developing groundbreaking solutions like the FUSIONFRAME® System, which improved the efficiency of wood frame panel systems in cooler and freezer applications. This innovation not only reduced energy consumption and costs for customers but also significantly lowered the carbon footprint of KPS Global products. The FUSIONFRAME System stands as a testament to Jim’s dedication to addressing real-world challenges while prioritizing environmental responsibility.
