Some of Gunjana’s favorite family recipes to make at the holidays are sei roti and momo.
If you could make one food guilt-free, what would you choose?
If there was one food she could wish had zero calories, she would choose momo, which she said is a holy grail Nepali food. Who else is starting to get hungry?
Passions Outside Work
Like all our team members, Gunjana has unique interests and hobbies that help make our watercooler talk super interesting. Music wise, Gunjana is still working her way down her dream concert list.
What’s the best concert you’ve ever been to?
The best concert she has ever been to was a Nepali concert for Nepathya.
What about a bucket-list concert?
“It was full of energy,” Gunjana explained. “However, Adele is in my bucket list.”
