Fort Worth, TX – May 23, 2025 – KPS Global® announces the acquisition of SRC Refrigeration®, a Michigan-based manufacturer of walk-in coolers and freezers.
This acquisition expands the KPS Global manufacturing footprint and product portfolio, adding a facility in the Midwest, a key market for the food retail market.
