KPS Global® Announces Anand Kulkarni as Chief Operating Officer.
FORT WORTH, TEXAS – November 1, 2022 – KPS Global announced the formal transition plan of the Chief Operating Officer is complete. Kulkarni assumed the role of COO in late July as Tom Marcy stepped back to focus on special projects.
“We have been formalizing the succession plan of the Chief Operating Officer role for over a year now” said Chief Executive Officer, Mike Eakins. “With Tom’s training and guidance, Anand is more than prepared to step into the COO position”.
Tom will remain active within KPS Global, taking on special projects in the organization and spearheading them to a successful outcome. “On behalf of our Board, the management team and KPS Global’s 800+ employees, I want to thank Tom for his leadership and dedication over the past 6 1/2 years. Marcy is a dynamic leader who has made significant contributions to our organization.”
Kulkarni is a results-driven leader with over 20 years of experience and Tom Marcy notes “Anand understands the business needs to deliver custom solutions but leverages his business and engineering background to deliver efficiencies to the organization while also meeting customer needs.”
The two leaders have worked closely over the past year to ready the organization for the succession. Key hires like Tom Herberg and Lun Tsuei will ensure a smooth transition. Prior to this announcement, Kulkarni served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at KPS Global.
