KPS Global® produces and installs insulated panels in a variety of applications for customers across the country. The success of these projects is due to their dedicated and experienced team of professionals, and a key part of that team is the Construction Services Department. Let’s learn more about how this knowledgeable crew goes about delivering an outstanding experience for each KPSG customer.

KPSG manufactures all their own products, while also providing installation and general contracting services. Their dedication to the customer never wavers, from the first conversation all the way through installation. But their commitment doesn’t end there. KPSG’s team of skilled field service technicians are factory-trained to perform any necessary repairs or maintenance to ensure that freezers and coolers operate at peak performance for years to come—even competitors’ products.

A big reason KPSG installations go so quickly and smoothly is due to the years of experience. This dedicated team handles all phases of a project, from installation to clean-up, even scheduling work after hours to reduce downtime. And every phase of installation is managed by an on-site project manager. KPSG can even serve as a general contractor, delivering a convenient, hassle-free process. Whether it’s a remodel, replacement, or new installation, the Construction Services Department is on hand to offer optimizing turnkey solutions and field service.

Let’s meet three key members of the Construction Services Department:

Michael Odle, Service Manager

Mike Odle at Jobsite

If his 8 years with KPS Global have taught Mike one thing, it’s to meet customer needs in a timely manner. Of course, that means promptly answering phone calls from customers, responding to service calls, reviewing field surveys, and dispatching service techs to address issues that arise throughout the day. But it also means working proactively to uncover needs by walking the site before an installation. Mike, who holds three contract licenses, says of KPS Global, “It’s great to work for a company with leadership that supports its employees and offers those who perform well new opportunities. The job is only as good as you make it, and for me, it’s pretty good.”

Jason Bratcher, Manager of Construction Services

Jason has been with KPS Global for 16 years. He is OSHA 30 certified, has Superintendent and Project Manager Certification and is a registered refrigeration technician for the state of Texas. He’s even a certified Texas Firefighter. This wealth of experience makes him a key resource for the team in helping to understand and solve customer issues, ensuring that installations are seamless. Jason enjoys the unique challenges each day brings, stating “It’s especially satisfying to meet with an upset customer and turn them into a partner.”

Tony Bustamante, Project Manager

Beginning as an Installer which later led to a Foreman position, Tony has over 11 years of industry experience. His 8-year tenure with KPSG began in a Field Service Technician role before being promoted to Superintendent. Today, Tony serves as a Project Manager, coordinating installation logistics for large-scale projects. In fact, Tony recently worked with a large food bank to retrofit new cooling units while ensuring old units remained operational during the set-up. Priding himself on providing job-specific knowledge to solve customers’ problems, ensuring that projects run fluidly and are more cost-effective, Tony has a simple philosophy for success: “I think it’s important to stay positive, stay focused, and believe in what you are doing.”

KPSG customers fully recognize and appreciate the experience, knowledge and dedication of the Construction Services Department. Organized into three divisions, each departmental crew has an average 20+ years of experience. Grateful to have such a talented and dedicated team working with customers on the front lines every day to meet their needs, Tom Beatty, VP of Construction Services, says, “I am so proud of the team that is in place and the way they keep these four key elements—safety, respect, trust, and honesty—at the forefront of their mindset in everything they do.” There’s no doubt that KPSG customers are in great hands with the Construction Services Department.
