Mike Eakins, CEO
Mike Eakins is the Chief Executive Officer at KPS Global. Mike joined KPS in October 2017 from Hillphoenix, where he served as the Vice President and General Manager of the AMS and INTL divisions.
Prior to his role at Hillphoenix, Mike was the Vice President of the INTL division for Kysor. Earlier in his tenure at Kysor, Mike also served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Kysor Panel Systems Goodyear plant in Arizona
Mike has a Master’s degree in International Marketing from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University. He and his wife, Julie, have four children and reside in Fort Worth, TX. Mike is fluent in both English and Spanish

Tom Marcy, Chief Operating Officer
Tom Marcy, Chief Operating Officer at KPS Global holds an Industrial Engineering Degree from Buffalo and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Tom spent 23 years with General Electric in an variety of engineering and manufacturing roles across many of their businesses. Upon returning from an 3 year expatriate assignment in Europe within General Electric, Tom and his family moved to Richmond, Virginia where he was Senior VP of Hillphoenix. Tom spent 13 years at Hillphoenix, and during this time, among other responsibilities Tom was the General Manager for the Walk-In business which lead Tom into the role of Integration Manager for KPS Global bringing together KPS from Manitowoc and the Walk-In Division from Hillphoenix. Tom served as a Master Black Belt for several years within General Electric and is well versed in LEAN Toyota Production Principles.
Tom and his wife Suzanne, have five children with three in college, one in High School and one in Middle School. Tom is also a licensed pilot, loves snow skiing and woodworking.

Daniel Zeddy, CFO
Daniel Zeddy joined KPS Global in December 2015 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining KPS Global, Dan was the Chief Financial Officer at Anthony International, American De Rosa Lamparts Lighting Group, Leading Edge Aviation Services, and Maitland Smith Furniture Industries.
Previously, Dan held positions at LifeStyle Furnishings International Ltd. (Senior Financial Analyst, Group Controller, Director of Worldwide Internal Audit), Baldwin Hardware Corporation (Vice President & CFO), Masco Corporation (Manager of Cost Accounting, Manager of Internal Audit, & Group Controller), and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Dan received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from Wayne State University and his Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California, North Carolina, and Michigan and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Dan is also Registered Investment Advisor.

Sean McGrann, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Sean McGrann is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at KPS Global. Sean leads the development and execution of KPS Global’s go-to-market strategy, maintains key customer relationships across all business segments, and drives product innovation.
Prior to joining KPS Global, Sean was the Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service at Anthony, Inc. a Dover company. Over the course his ten years at Anthony, Sean held various leadership roles in sales, marketing, customer service, aftermarket parts, and service & warranty leading Anthony to maintain and grow its market share position domestically and internationally. Additionally, he serviced as a key commercial lead on numerous due diligence and acquisition teams. Prior to Anthony, Sean worked for Hussmann Corporation for three years as part of their regional supermarket sales team.
Sean graduated with a concentration in Food Marketing from the Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University where he was a recipient of a NCAA, Division-1 athletic scholarship and varsity letter winner in men’s lacrosse. Additionally, he earned an MBA from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University. He currently resides in Fort Worth, TX and enjoys a host of outdoor activities including long distance running and golf.

Tom Beatty, Vice President of Construction Services
Tom Beatty joined KPS Global (KPSG) in December 2017. As Vice President of Construction Services, Tom is responsible for growing the construction services side of KPSG.
Tom began his more than 30-year career in construction services with Royston Corporation. After that, he worked for Lang Corporation and as Regional Sales Manager at LSI Industries.
In 1999, he founded Big Services, a private general contracting company that performed installation services. Incorporating on Sept. 11, 2001 and then selling to Anthony in 2012, Tom became the Director of Anthony Refresh Group. The following year, Anthony sold to Dover, where Tom served as the Vice President of Business Development until July of 2017.
Tom graduated from University of North Georgia in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He is married and has three children.

Scott Mottern, Vice President Human Resources
Scott joined KPS Global in October 2016 as Vice President of Human Resources. Previously, he served as Vice President of Operations and Human Resources for GEA Food Solutions also managing North, Central and South America.
Prior roles include leading Human Resources and Operations management activities at Convenience Food Systems, PDS Technical Services, DalFort Aerospace and Steak & Ale restaurants.
Scott graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. He lives in downtown Dallas and enjoys travel, sports and cooking.

John Flick, VP Information Technology
John most recently was the Director of Information Technology at CTI Foods. His contributions included management of all infrastructure, business systems, and telecom and business process improvement for a $1.6BB enterprise.
John’s range of experience includes many different ERP platforms, in-depth infrastructure experience, including: virtualization, large data sets, performance optimization and process improvement. John has spent the past 21 years in the manufacturing industry. Prior to walk-ins, he held positions in manufacturing for automotive, food enterprise, and food service equipment.
John’s skills as an information technology leader go beyond management. He is known for his ability to multi-task and implementation of highly cost-effective solutions throughout the entire business. His co-workers describe him as dedicated, hard-working and driven towards perfection.
John holds multiple certifications, including the prestigious Microsoft Systems engineering certificate and Toyota Lean Production Systems. John is married with two dogs.

Laura Helm, VP Finance
Laura Helm, VP Finance of KPS Global, joined Kysor Panel Systems in May 2012, as Controller, and later elevated to Director of Finance. Laura had previously worked for Kysor Panel Systems from 2004 to 2006 as Manager of International Accounting.
Prior to joining KPS, Laura dedicated a total of ten years as Director of Finance with ThyssenKrupp Airport Systems (a global manufacturer of passenger boarding bridges for the airport industry).
Starting her career in Spain, Laura accumulated four years as a Controller for an Engineering firm, six years as Manager of Corporate Accounting for a Bank, and initially, three years as an auditor for Arthur Andersen.
Laura earned a BBA with a major in Accounting, and an MBA with a major in Auditing by the University of Madrid, Spain. She holds a CPA license in the State of Texas, and has completed a contract management certificate program at the University of California.
Laura was born in Spain but moved to Texas in 1999, She is married and lives in Fort Worth with her husband, Tim.

Kirk Mellits, Vice President of Engineering
Kirk joined KPS Global® in May 2017 and is responsible for Research & Development, Engineering, and Product Management.
With over 32 years of engineering and technical leadership experience, he has delivered industry recognized advancements in innovation and engineering, with an emphasis on new product and
process development. Kirk also brings to the team unique skills in structured problem solving, business process transformation, manufacturing process improvement, and effective project
management.He graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. In addition, Kirk holds the following accreditations: Certified Six Sigma Black Belt-DFSS (with LEAN/DMAIC focus),
Registered Professional Engineer Intern-WV, and Certified Master Automotive Technician.He is an avid outdoorsman, automotive enthusiast, and amateur radio operator. Kirk and his family reside in Fort Worth, Texas.

Kevin Rowland, Director of Supply Chain
Kevin Rowland is Director of Supply Chain for KPS Global. He is responsible for leading KPS’s procurement and logistics functions, ensuring a lean and responsive supply network for products, parts and services delivered to KPS customers and facilities.
Kevin joined KPS in April 2016 from Metl-Span where he was Director of Supply Chain responsible for setting strategic direction, developing and managing the supplier base, driving supplier alliance relationships, and building and delivering people excellence within the organization.
Kevin is a native of Fort Worth, Texas. Prior to joining KPS, Kevin spent the majority (21 years) of his career with Metl-Span, developing, leading and implementing strategies focused on manufacturing and supply chain. During his time with Metl-Span he was elected and served as the North American Procurement Leader which identified / executed global synergy plans for parent companies mid & downstream companies.
Kevin serves and participates in numerous professional and chartable organizations. He studied Business Management at the University of North Texas. He is a proud father of two. Alexa is attending ACU majoring in Nursing and Trevor is a senior in high school. He enjoys multiple outdoor activities including competitive softball, mountain biking and golf.

Sergiu Vrabie, VP of Manufacturing Operations
Sergiu came to KPS Global with more than 28 years of experience, having served in Manufacturing Operations for several leaders in different industries such as: Director of Operations with FirstCo Inc., HVAC Industry, Director of Manufacturing with Johnson Matthey Plc, Automotive Industry, Manager of Engineering (Product/Process/Quality) with Stanley Black & Decker, Consumer Goods Industry.
He has extensive expertise in Manufacturing Operations Management, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
Sergiu received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Transilvania University, Brasov, Romania.
Sergiu and his wife Adriana enjoy doing outdoor sports in their spare time.
